ETC Finance was founded by Alan Morgan and Stephen Easthope in 2009. Both spent years working within hospitality organisations and recognising the challenges faced with collecting, checking and producing financial information that is meaningful to managers and owner-managed businesses. ETC has the expertise to help businesses anywhere in the UK, as well as a team focused on international clients.

With roots in business management and a focus on senior financial support in hospitality, Alan combines his 25+ years’ experience with cutting-edge technology to provide real-time financial clarity for shareholders and decision makers..
Alan believes in a personal touch and leads by example, encouraging the team to fully integrate into client businesses. He is always driving himself and the team to look beyond the numbers and understand what motivates the client. This focus on relationships elevates the work beyond mere data, bringing energy and focus to the process. The result is a positive approach and realistic expectations.
Alan is constantly striving to ensure ETC is the market leader for finance in the sector.
Having started out in operational roles, Stephen qualified as an accountant in 2004. He has continued to work in the hospitality sector and brings a wealth of experience from senior finance positions and directorships across his career. His background meant ETC immediately was able to commence working with some fantastic high-profile brands from the outset, who have remained loyal customers for many years.
Stephen now continues to support the wide-ranging clients in ETC Finance, and also drives the development of our associated company, Arm & Sea Finance, from where many of the ETC clients are provided with senior finance support.
Having started out his career in Hotels from a young age, Andrew has gained a wealth of experience managing and developing teams with his upbeat leadership approach. Andrew believes in the absolute importance of enabling and supporting his staff to achieve their aspirations and goals; creating a productive environment in which our teams can best help our clients. Andrew oversees the operations of our UK-wide organisation.
Leading the charge in Manchester for our northern clients, Jessica is a passionate, influential and a very high achiever throughout her career. Jessica used to lead forensic teams for the Metropolitan police before transferring her skills and attention to detail to the financial sector. Thankfully, Jessica found us and has since grown our UK reach and portfolio.
